Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. Its important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. Youll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86F (30C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Dont do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.

How does the fit of your different jersey models compare?
All of our jerseys are intended to be a tight/tailored fit to minimize extra material. This has several benefits, including muscle support, minimal chafing, and improved breathability and wicking.
- Our Signature jersey has moderate compression and support but is less compressive compared to other models.
- Our SE is more compressive than the Signature in the sleeves but will feel similar otherwise.
- The Ultralight is our most compressive and supportive fit.
- The Radiator Mesh jersey is similar to our Ultralight, but less compressive through the torso/stomach area given the Radiator fabric.
- The CONCEPT jersey is our most aerodynamic and race-fit jersey, and offers slightly less compression than the Ultralight.
- The Micromodal is our least compressive, fitting like a slim-cut tee shirt.
What is the length and width of your jerseys?
Our jersey sizing is unique and is graded differently for each size. We design each element of the jersey separately for every size. Because of this, every jersey will have slightly different measurements depending on the model and its intended fit.
Our jersey models are intended to fit the same in each size with some variation due to different fabrics that have different feel and elasticity. We highly recommend following our sizing chart or shopping at one of our retailers to find your preferred size and fit.

These jerseys keep getting better and better. The fit is just right, the breathability makes it a go to in any temp. Plus it feels so smooth or do I look smooth because of the jersey?

The new colors and pocket reinforcement take this jersey up another level. My favorite jersey by far, just sad when it is too warm to use it, which is about 80 degrees. Even at higher temps it is fine, just not as cool as a radiator. 6 foot 1 inch, 150-155 lbs and I take a small. As with all Velocio short sleeve jerseys, this fits me better than anyone else's.

Toller Schnitt und für großen Temperaturbereich geeignet.
Bisher habe ich Velocio noch nicht sehr oft hier in Deutschland gesehen, völlig zu unrecht denn die Qualität ist wirklich außerordentlich gut. Der Schnitt des Jerseys entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen und der Stoff fühlt sich sehr weich an. Der Sitz ist sportlich eng, aber auch für jemanden der nicht gertenschlank ist nicht unangenehm. Die 3 Taschen auf dem Rückgen wirken als wären sie verstärkt, da passt wirklich auch eine Windjacke oder ein Thermoweste problemlos rein und es wirkt nicht so, als würde die Tasche ausleiern oder sich dehnen. Der Temperaturbereich in dem man das Jersey tragen kann ist überraschend groß. Mit einem guten Baseler hab ich es mit Armlingen zusammen schon 6h bei 4°-6° getragen, 15°-18° ist aber auch kein Problem, auch da überhitzt man nicht. Ich wüsste nicht was man am Shirt ändern sollte, ich denke es wird nicht das letzte dieser Art in meinem Schrank sein.

Overall this jersey is great. The fabric and cut are perfect. I bought it as a gift for my husband. However, it runs very small. He normally wears a size small, and he needed a size large in this jersey.
