Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chafing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size:
Our sizing chart represents the majority of riders we’ve worked with first hand in our clothing. If your size falls outside of the specified chart, please contact customer service for insights or take advantage of our Signature Guarantee which allows for testing and return within 30 days if your riding experience, including fit, isn’t improved.

The zero bibs really live up to the hype. They are totally windproof on the front, I’ve worn these up to 42/cloudy and didn’t get too hot! They can feel awkward when first trying on as some have mentioned with “drop crotch” but that goes away as soon as your on the bike! Excellent bike fit and mesh up top works really well too. Highly recommend. 5’8” 140lbs and a size small is perfect.
Love these for cold weather! Chamois fits like my Ultralight bibs. Warm down to 30s but still not too hot for the 50s if it’s windy or rainy. I’m a medium in most bottoms and the medium fits me well.
I have many pairs of Luxe bib shorts because they are bio-break friendly and very comfortable. The winter 'zero' tights really feel short for me. The cut of the tights provides a strange 'drop' crotch, I just can't get them pulled up height enough. I am 120 lb and purchased size XS. I also tried a size S and got the same effect. For the price $$$$, I really expected a better fit. If it weren't for the 'fly free' feature, which is huge on a winter ride, I would have returned.
These tights are high-quality, well made, comfortable, and warm. I live in Chicago and while I don’t ride on our coldest days, these tights have kept me completely warm and comfortable down to the 20sF and I’m not too warm in them even on days when it climbs toward 50. Also, can verify, you can use the bathroom in them. I’m 5’2”, 145lbs but went with the M rather than squeezing into the S, and they are plenty tight (and not too long).
I was so sad when I waited too long last season and they went out of stock. Jumped right on them this fall the second I got the "they're back!" email. I wear these on their own when the riding is in the high teens (sans wind) and up. In the single digits and lower wear these bibs under softshell skimo pants. Between that (the 5F-18F range), I wear liner bibs under the skimo pants. Love the fleece and all the reflective details, which are a must when night riding. Strongly considering picking up a second pair to use when these are in the wash. Purchased a S, which is my usual size in Velocio bottoms. 125 lbs, 5'3" and carry most of my weight in my bottom half. Just the right mix of compression and comfort. I probably could squeeze into the XS's if my life depended on it, but didn't want to have to do the tight pants dance each time I wanted to ride. The breathability is superb, as well: I did not overheat when the weather unexpectedly shifted mid-ride from the 20s to the 40s a few weeks back. The skinny: are they good down to 0F? Probably not. Are they fantastic in hovering-around-freezing temps and will you love riding in them? You betcha!
