8:00 am: Meet at Via for complementary coffee and pastries.
8:30 am: Roll out for a beautiful ride into Essex.
Two paces: 24 - 27kph and 27 - 30kph
Finish: Finish in the afternoon with Pizza and a social hour at Via.
