We’re proud to offer beautiful, well-designed, well-made clothing. In the unlikely event that you receive a Velocio product that bears a manufacturing or production defect, we will cover it for 1 year.
This guarantee is not intended to cover crashes, accidental damage or extreme wear. We offer this guarantee because we know that you have high expectations for our clothing and its our aim to deliver a well-made product representing quality and experience for better cycling.
Please contact us at service@velocio.cc if you have questions about a product relating to our warranty. Warrantees are processed through our return process and make take up to 14 business days to complete. Proof of purchase through a Velocio account, or reseller receipt is required to process warranty items.
