Using a highly elastic net mesh and our proven bib short cut, straps and leg gripper, we were able to create a liner that was incredibly comfortable, light and airy.
The Mesh Liner Bib also features our FlyFree design for pee-break friendly function without removing jersey or helmet.
New for 2019, we've added mesh cargo pockets for easy access storage.

Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. It’s important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Don’t do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chafing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size:

Fits great. Good compression even with the mesh. Love the cargo pockets, though I can't see using the. I love the idea of the pockets
I have never been disappointed with any of my Velocio gear and these are no exception. The fit and feel of this liner is great! The chamois was perfect, not too big but just right for comfort. The legs stayed down and did not roll up even though I have pretty muscular large thighs. I am 5'9" and weigh about 141 pounds. I don't have a curvy figure but I picked a medium based on others feedback and I like the medium in most of my Velocio gear. The only one thing negative I will say is I wore them for the first time today and they are a little hot. The temps reached the 80s and with the additional mesh on the top I felt too warm, on a cooler day this would be no problem.
These are super comfy under my baggies and I love having something more breathable with the flyfree cut for my mtn bike rides -which often are all day adventures!
I'm always a comfortable small in bibs, but couldn't come close to getting the size small over my thighs in this style. For reference, I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, and fairly muscular for my size. It was an easy, quick exchange for a medium though, and while those felt tight at first, as soon as I got on the bike I actually did forget I was wearing them. They have just the right compression, the mesh is far more durable than I expected (I snagged them on the camper door, and they just stretched), and they were the only item of clothing that was not dripping in sweat. I've only ridden in them once, but it was a 4-hour MTB ride with 3900' of climbing in 97-degree heat and high humidity. The FlyFree design is just as good, maybe better than other brands I've tried. I may need another pair.
These are my go-to bib liners for under trail shorts, especially on hot days. Breathable mesh, comfy chamois, and the amazing FlyFree system is a perfect combo for all my trail riding adventures!
