Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. Its important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. Youll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86F (30C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Dont do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
How does the fit of your different jersey models compare?
All of our jerseys are intended to be a tight/tailored fit to minimize extra material. This has several benefits, including muscle support, minimal chafing, and improved breathability and wicking.
What is the length and width of your jerseys?
Our jersey sizing is unique and is graded differently for each size. We design each element of the jersey separately for every size. Because of this, every jersey will have slightly different measurements depending on the model and its intended fit.
Our jersey models are intended to fit the same in each size with some variation due to different fabrics that have different feel and elasticity. We highly recommend following our sizing chart or shopping at one of our retailers to find your preferred size and fit.

I love this jersey for fall days. It breathes well, is soft, comfortable, and great at temperature regulation. I have a small black jersey from a few years ago that fits, so I purchased another small, however was not able to zip it closed! I exchanged for a medium and it fits perfectly. I'm 125 and 5'10".
love the color, the fit I like the reinforced pockets on the back I enjoy the wicking and warmth of the material
I like this a lot but it's very see thru (orange color). Very fitted, but still flattering (size 3x). I'd probably buy again, but plan to wear a tank top under it most of of the time.
I have been wearing merino wool cycling jerseys for a number of years now, but the company that manufactured the ones I loved stopped making them and then went out of business. Bummer. And, after years of daily wear, those have seen better days. BUT, I think these Velocio jerseys are my new favorite. They aren't as thick as what I've bought in the past elsewhere (bib straps can be seen through these), but they are lighter to wear and also so very soft. I love that the pocket zipper wasn't eliminated from this jersey too. They are comfortable to ride in even in hot weather. As with all Velocio gear, I find that these run small, even based on the size chart, but I know to buy up 1-2 sizes, so that's not an issue. My other brand jerseys are an XL, this Velocio one is a XXXL (I may have been able to get away with a XXL with this one). I understand that cycling gear is meant to be fitted for performance purposes, but still find measurements to be inaccurate for some reason (though it must just be me as I don't notice these comments from others). My only request would be more and brighter colors in these... something like a bright yellow, red or aqua would be nice (or all of these). Subdued is nice, but sometimes brighter colors are a great change too, especially in summer (who wants to be drab when the sun is shining?). The orange/rust is a good start, but still not super bright.
