FIT & SIZING

Sizing Guide

Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chafing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size:

  • Find your weight along the top of the table.
  • Look down the column to find your appropriate size.
  • Each size has a height range based on weight.
  • If you find that you are on the upper or lower end of height and weight for a given size, the garment will have more or less compression respectively.
  • Use the Dimensions Details chart to further dial in your fit.

These are the best!!! I 10000% recommend them.

I really enjoy these tights, they have kept me warm. There a big different between riding cold instead of riding frozen solid, and these allow me to ride a little cold instead of frozen solid.

My new favorite winter bib tights

I have owned many bib tights over the years, of various thicknesses and many winter bib tights feel like you are wearing a wetsuit. Not so with the ZERO bib tights. They are SO comfy. I bought these to wear in temps between 25F - 40F and they are proving to be warm and comfortable. I could probably taken them down to 20F and be just fine. I highly recommend these. In case it helps, I am 5'10" and 160 lbs and I bought Mediums.

Excellent fit and quality. Kept me perfectly warm on a chilly NYC morning.

Most all my shorts and bibs are size M so I ordered M with these. With the foot straps they were just a little too long so I switched to size S and they are perfect. The quality of Velocio materials and workmanship is top notch. I am 5'6". betwen 160 and 165 lbs and these fit perfectly.

Great bibs but,,,,,

This is my second season using these bib tights. Overall great piece of kit. Chamois is best of all top tier manufactures, and the fit and comfort is also best. Few things hold these back though. First of all is the length. Don't know why, but seems like all top tier mfg of cycling bib tights don't make them long enough! Tights should be able to reach to the ankle, not mid shin. And all of those marketing pics that you see on the website that show the model with the bootie over the tight? I would think that most riders want tight to go over the bootie to keep any water from wicking down into socks and shoes. I think the reason they show this is because they know the length of tight isn't long enough to securely cover the top of the bootie. Secondly, these tights, while warm into the 20 F range, aren't very good with repelling light rain or snow showers. I used them this past weekend, and towards end of ride, started to have light showers and 40 degrees. Tights wetted out way too fast. Need better DWR, especially from knee down to ankle. That's where most of the water is going to impact comfort. Just put some laminate material in the area for improved water resistance. Lastly, stirrups? The tight is an outer layer, and as stated above, if they were long enough, you would not use or need stirrups. As is, I don't use the stirrups and leave them to bunch up.
