Velocio Fit is designed for comfort and durability. A form-fit silhouette, we made clothing to fit as many body types and riding styles as possible, without sacrificing performance. Should you want a more relaxed fit, we recommend ordering a size up. Velocio bibs and shorts are made from compressive fabric for riding support through an athletic fit. Find your fit through our sizing tables below.
Chest - Start by placing a measuring tape around the largest part of your chest. The tape should be flat but not too snug.
Waist - Your natural waist lies between your bottom ribs and hip bones, close to the navel. To measure, breathe deeply, relax your stomach and lie the tape measure flat around your waist, allowing for a ¼ inch of slack.
Inseam - Measured from your crotch to the base of your ankle.

The Signature Softshell Vest is tailored to fit close to the body to minimize flapping with enough room for a long sleeve jersey. If you prefer a more relaxed fit we recommend sizing up.
Fits great. 5' 7" and around 153 lbs (read swimmer/triathlete build) and the small fits great. I love vest with pockets and I also love wearing this underneath jackets as an extra layer of warmth in the cold months. Its great for arm warmer weather or when you do not have enough wind proof base layers to wear underneath your jerseys. The front pocket is great for keys and other quick access items after/before a ride because reaching into the back pocket to search for something small like keys or credit cards can be a hassle (especially with gloves on)
I have only had one cycling vest prior to this one, and I never loved it. After a few years of vest-free cycling, I decided to give the ES Vest a try, and it has been great for shoulder-season here in New England. It is a great weight, fits well and has a nice combination of pockets. Highly recommended.
My goto piece of clothing when ride start is in the 30s or 40s. Zipped up it adds a ton of warmth, but unzipped I forget it's there and never overheat, just so flexible. Front is windproof but seems slightly breathable and is a little thicker than regular vests so it keeps cold air away better. Back is thicker fleece-y material that is super breathable but really warm. The chest pocket and zipper flap seem unnecessary but I guess they don't hurt anything. Fit is a little bigger than other Velocio vests, slightly more fitted would be nice. Overall the best cold weather vest I've found anywhere
