The Signature Fly isn’t just a ‘bathroom’ bib. It was designed to be compressive for the highest levels of muscular support, to stay in place comfortably on long rides and to improve the experience of a ride. Cut in a cycling position, the placement and shape of every seam are carefully considered. The unique bib upper adds wide straps to its stabilizing mesh panel, a construction designed to rid the ride of chaffing. Supportive and light-feeling, these are bibs designed from the ground up to meet the highest standards of fit and performance, a first for bathroom-friendly bibs.

Bib shorts have been passed over by women for years because of issues around riding comfort. No more. The Signature Fly adds a crucial bit of technology to our Signature Bib Short to create a high performance bib with an easy-on / easy-off, mid-ride bathroom break option. No halters. No oddly-placed seams. No jersey, helmet and sunglasses removal.

The Signature Fly is pee-break friendly, looks like any other bib and, more importantly, feels better than any other bib thanks to premium fabrics, fit and chamois. The Signature Fly enclosure, however, offers more than other bibs: More hours riding. More options for places to go. More chances at a better riding experience. More comfort. The zipper from which it takes its name can’t be felt while pedaling and isn’t used while regularly dressing or undressing.

The Signature Fly includes the Velocio Leg Band for an ultra-smooth and comfortable finish that won’t pinch your leg, ride up or be noticed. It also uses our top-of-the-line Cytech chamois for all day riding comfort and support.

With our Velocio Signature Guarantee, try them for 30 days. If for any reason it doesn’t work for you, send it back for a refund -simple, because an uncomplicated bib deserves and uncomplicated test.

Fit Note: The Signature Fly Bib Short bears a highly compressive fit for excellent muscle support and recovery. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Chest - Start by placing a measuring tape around the largest part of your chest. The tape should be flat but not too snug.

Waist - Your natural waist lies between your bottom ribs and hip bones, close to the navel. To measure, breathe deeply, relax your stomach and lie the tape measure flat around your waist, allowing for a ¼ inch of slack.

Hips - To achieve the most accurate hip measurement, find the widest point of your hips and place the measuring tape around. The hip bone often isn't the widest point - it's one to two inches lower, where your butt is at its fullest.

Having the easy of a quick pee break is worth a couple of extra bucks. I just purchased my first pair, a few months ago, and they are amazing. The chamois is high quality. In addition to these bibs being comfortable and versatile they are sleek and sexy as well!

I plan my wardrobe around wearing these for my long rides. They are comfy and afford for easy bathroom breaks. And after having worn them for an entire summer, the fabric still has all of its elasticity, ensuring that I always feel fit when I put them on (there is nothing worse than loose bibs).

Haven’t had these for long yet, just a couple of rides, but I already love the fit and comfort of these fantastic shorts. Tried a fair few bib shorts and these are definitely the best to date. The chamois is not as thick as some but continues seamlessly down the leg and doesn’t annoy and there is no shifting around. They are flattering and the elastic on the thighs does not pinch or squish.. The zip is genius (no more tops off at the roadside). Delivery was quick and painless and I would not hesitate to recommend over any other shorts on the market.

I have only had these bibs for a week and have had to wash them 3X’s already because they are now my favorite shorts. They are exactly what I have been looking for, a bib that allows me to have pee breaks without having to strip down. I looked at a few different brands and these are by far the best quality. I did a gravel ride with a large group of women this weekend and I just had to show them off, now everyone is asking where I got them. They do fit snug and I was concerned about that but once you get them on you don’t notice them at all because they are so comfortable.

BEST BIB EVER!!! From the moment I first put these on I could feel a perfect fit, silk like fabric and the most comfortable chamois this gal has had on! After my first ride(103 miles) I am even more sold on the feel and the function. I’m telling all my girlfriends to get them!! PS the blue is the bomb!

Perfect fit, can’t find any out there for comparison. And yes, blue is totally the bomb. I am getting the black one as well.

I love love love these bibs. As a shorter person, though, I wish there was an option for a shorter inseam!

Historically a limit on how far and how frequent I ride has been imposed by my fitness (or lack of it), saddle related issues and managing “bathroom breaks”. A call from nature in a ride for me used to trigger a search for a restroom followed by a striptease maneuver to get the bibs out of the way; as a consequence rides were shortened to avoid dealing with said call on the road. And then I got me a pair of Superflys. Why took me so long. Paired with a good saddle, I was able to go from 20 to 40 to 60 miles (and counting) without hassles, sores or chaffs. Century ride here I come.

I read a review (on Ella) that puzzled me for while stating that one of the cons for Velocio was that “a luxury brand comes with a luxury price tag”. I have yet to find the luxurious part in sweating while riding a bike. To me, the deal is more like this: a quality brand comes with a quality price tag.

A wise bike fitter once told me that one of the secrets to endurance is comfort. These black and blue babies proved him right.

I initially loved these bibs. I wore them three times in the first week on rides ranging from 5 to 8 hours. Performed phenomenally on a 70+ miler gravel grinder. Even better on century rides without any chamois cream. But have noticed over time that the seams near the zipper have caused some skin irritation. Worn with the radiator base layer this is no longer a problem. While I love the ability to have easy bathroom breaks, would probably opt for regular bibs next time.
