Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. It’s important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Don’t do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
When we set out to design our Men's Bib Shorts & Tights, we wiped the slate clean and asked: How can we look at this differently? How can we make these better? The result was a highly technical range of bibs that tapped into tens of thousands of miles, decades of fabric development and a level of detail rarely found elsewhere. While the look and aesthetic of our bibs is simple and refined, it's what's inside that really makes the difference. For this, we offer our Signature Guarantee: the opportunity to give any pair of our bibs a test drive - risk free.

Velocio fit is designed for comfort and performance. Starting with a form-fit silhouette, we've developed our men's-specific patterns from the ground up to compliment a wide range of body types and riding styles. All of our apparel is tailored for on-bike fit to ensure optimal muscle support and range of motion while riding. You may find certain aspects of our garments to seem "off" while standing, yet once you start pedaling these points disappear.
Velocio bibs and shorts are made from highly compressive performance fabric for excellent support through an athletic fit. They will feel small when you first put them on and will often require washing and a few rides for them to "break in." We strongly believe in the benefits of compression - both in its performance benefits, as well as in its long-distance comfort - and we've designed all of our bibs with this in mind.
Should you want a more relaxed fit, we recommend ordering a size up. Find your fit through our sizing tables below.
Chest - Start by placing a measuring tape around the largest part of your chest. The tape should be flat but not too snug.
Waist - Your natural waist lies between your bottom ribs and hip bones, close to the navel. To measure, breathe deeply, relax your stomach and lie the tape measure flat around your waist, allowing for a ¼ inch of slack.
Hip - Measured around the widest point of your hips.
Model measurements - Shown wearing size M.

I've worn these on several rides at 25°F/minus 4°C, have been plenty warm, and confident they would be fine at colder temps. At 6'1"/185 cm and ~180 lbs/81 kilos, size large fits well.
Love these thermal tights! Typically in full length tights, I've found it difficult to let the chamois sit perfectly in place as compared to standard bibs, but that's not the case with these! Every part of these is super comfy from the supper, the legs, the all important chamois. I've never been a fan of stirrups, but for whatever reason these ones work flawlessly so I don't even think about them. I ride in temperatures between -2 and 25F and these are terrific. Never need anything under them in these conditions.
Went for a 30 km ride wearing these tights. I often have issues wearing bottoms for the first time, but not with the Zero bib tights. They're comfortable and the pad is firm. It was 5 degrees Celsius outside and didn't feel cold at all. Great product. Highly recommend it
Ive used these in 30F to 55F and they work very well and are very comfortable. I typically wear a M but I had to exchange these for the Large. These are a steal when they go on sale and a must for winter for me.
