Inspired by pop art, newsprint and graphic movement, the halftone bears an enduring look. Made with recycled fabric, this minimalist jersey design meets minimalist jersey construction. The Ultralight jersey is made for maximum breathability, minimal weight and exceptional comfort on the hottest of days. The updated fabric features UPF30 sun protection in addition to its sustainable origins.

Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. It’s important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Don’t do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chafing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size:

United StatesAs a cyclist on the bigger side (6'0, 190lbs) jersey buying usually ends with sizing up, especially with race/ aero fit like this jersey. I have to applaud Velocio for having an accurate size chart, as the recommended size large fit perfectly. Material is light and breathable, though just short of being a true mesh or super warm weather jersey.
United StatesThis is the second Velocio jersey I bought in like a 5 day span. I purchased the Foundation jersey, loved it and my wife convinced me to try one of the “better” jerseys. So I jumped at the chance. It’s cold and snowy here, so no outdoor riding, But I wanted to wear these jerseys to see how they wear and because I really like them. I am amazed at how well it wicks sweat even during long trainer sessions. You can actually FEEL the difference of how wet it is between the inside and the outside. Inside is dry, outside is really wet. Amazing, Lots of great features on this jersey SPF protection, you can feel that pockets are not going to sag, they are cut in a way I haven’t seen before on other jerseys. Workmanship seems spot on. I have washed this about ten times and it is holding up! It runs a little smaller than the Foundation, or maybe just more compression. I am a woman wearing a men’s jersey, so fit is going to be a little different than planned. But size up worked out great! The jerseys are great, I really like them. Customer service is A+. The fabrics are recycled, the packaging biodegradable, with suggestions for reusing the bags before composting them. So yes, I’ll be back for more. Maybe jerseys, maybe shorts or a vest. Either way, I think I found my cycling clothing company. This is my second review, keep up the great work. Thanks again, Laura
