Award winning, celebrated and sold out in short order last season, we tested the Radiator Mesh in the most oppressive heat and humidity (New England designed). The Radiator Mesh Jersey performs when rides are otherwise postponed. It’s namesake is derived from the magical fabric used across the jersey front - Polartec Delta, a complex knit made with Tencel that actively cools you as you move through the air.
Updated for 2019 with a new version of our perforated mesh fabric on the sleeves and back, which is now 100% recycled and provides SPF30 sun protection.
Fabric: 50% Polyester / 40% Tencel / 10% Elastane
Made in: Italy
Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. It’s important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Don’t do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
All styles are intended to be form-fitting, across the entire size range. Find a flexible tape measure and take your own body measurements.
Chest - Start by placing a measuring tape around the largest part of your chest. The tape should be flat but not too snug.
Waist - Your natural waist lies between your bottom ribs and hip bones, close to the navel. To measure, breathe deeply, relax your stomach and lie the tape measure flat around your waist, allowing for a ¼ inch of slack.
Hip - Measured around the widest point of your hips.
Model measurements - Shown wearing size M jersey / M bib short.

In July of 2019 I wore this Men's Radiator Mesh Jersey on one of the hottest and most uncomfortably humid weekends we've seen in years. The fabric has great breathability, but still blocks the sun enough so you don't have to worry about sunburn. The jersey dried quickly after long climbs (or at water stops at the store). In really challenging conditions It's difficult to be comfortable in any jersey, but in my opinion, the Radiator Mesh is about as good as it gets. They tend to run small, I'm a 38.5 chest and 35.5 waist and the XL fit is perfect.
Fits like a glove! Cools like a champ! I'm 5'10", 155lbs, wear size S. Race fit, and comfy!
This is the perfect jersey for our hot and humid mid-summer days in Vermont. Definitely the most breathable jersey I own now. Only complaint is the arms a bit long in my opinion.
Wore the Radiator on several stages of a seven stage mtb race in Italy, it reached temperatures of 105 and the humidity was less than kind, I was never uncomfortable thanks to the radiator, while my legs weren't as good as I would have liked, the jersey kept me cooler than the other side of the pillow.
Great fit and finish and, most importantly, does an amazing job of cooling on really hot days. Size small, 5'7", 135 lb, 37" chest, 31" waist.
