"I tend to run cold, so I'll wear the zero tights all fall winter in New England – basically as soon as it falls below 50°F all the way down to 20°. They're windproof and water resistant so they can handle just about anything I'm riding in. With a ride slightly above freezing and some hills, I'll opt for just a base layer under the Softshell so I don't sweat too much. Once the temps hit the other side of freezing I'll swap out the base layer for the Alpha layer."
