Award winning, celebrated when the temp rises, we tested the Radiator Mesh in the most oppressive heat and humidity (New England designed) to meet the demands of long distance gravel racing and mid-summer climbs. The Radiator Mesh Jersey performs when rides are otherwise postponed. It’s namesake is derived from the magical fabric used across the jersey front - Polartec Delta, a complex knit made with Tencel that actively cools you as you move through the air.
Updated for 2020 with a new version of our perforated mesh fabric on the sleeves and back, which is made of recycled polyester and provides UPF30 sun protection.
Fabric: 50% Recycled Polyester / 40% Tencel / 10% Elastane
Made in: Italy
Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. It’s important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Don’t do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.
How does the fit of your different jersey models compare?
Updated for 2020, our Signature jersey features more compression and support compared to previous years, but is less compressive fit compared to other models. Our SE is more compressive than the Signature in the sleeves, but will feel similar otherwise. The Ultralight is our most compressive and supportive fit. The Radiator Mesh jersey is similar to our Ultralight, but less compressive through the torso/stomach area given the Radiator fabric. The CONCEPT jersey is our most aerodynamic and race-fit jersey, and offers slightly less compression than the Ultralight. And the RECON Micromodal is our least compressive, fitting like a slim-cut tee shirt. All of our jerseys are intended to be a tight/tailored fit to minimize extra material. This has several benefits, including muscle support, minimal chafing, and improved breathability and wicking.
What is the length and width of your jerseys?
Our jersey sizing is unique in that it is graded differently for every size. What this means is that we design each element of the jersey for every size. So every jersey will have slightly different measurements depending on the model and its intended fit. However, our jersey models are intended to fit the same in each size. That does vary though, given different fabrics have a different feel and elasticity, so the measurements aren't the same for each jersey we make. We highly recommend following our sizing chart or shopping at one of our retailers to find your preferred size and fit.
Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chaffing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size.

The product is well made, true to size, looks great, fits perfectly and sheds heat and perspiration amazingly well. The only thing I’d add would be a small zipped pocket for a wallet and key. I bought one in orange first and liked it so much I bought a second in yellow.
This jersey disappears once you put it on. We consistently into the 90s now, and this jersey will see weekly use through the summer. I may need another one.
My first Radiator Mesh jersey and it hits all the right points in hot weather, including fit & temperature regulation. Barely noticed I was wearing it and I will definitely purchase another.
The jersey in the hands feels like it might be not be this light and airy Jersey in the description so I was a little skeptical at first. First ride in 95 degree full on Missouri humidity, this jersey was pure gold. I don’t know what voodoo magic is in it but it stays very cool. The mesh is comfortable and has plenty of motion without bunching anywhere. This jersey has become my go to when things get hot. The only criticism is the zipper, it’s not as easy to get started or as solid as another jersey of mine.
